I had an eye exam on June 11th. The doctor recommended I see a retinal specialist. I was told they would make the referral and if I didn't hear anything in a few days time , I should let them know. Today is June 24th. I have called the office for the past 3 days because I have never heard anything back about the referral. I have been told I would be called back by the end of the day. I still have not heard from them! I don't know how potentially serious my condition may or may not be, but I am extremely disappointed in the poor follow up and responses I have received. I am still waiting for that callback...
