Not only the best Eye doctor experience I’ve had…. One of the best overall experiences with a business. They are polite, kind and effective. Most time when going to appointments you envision waiting around forever. Not here. They are on schedule and keep everything running smooth. And do it with a caring and pleasant personality. I’ve found my eye doctor and would highly recommend!
Tried this place with 2 appointments in 3 weeks. They prescribed a medication that my insurance needed prior authorization. I called them and they told me doctor would take care of it. Few days later ,no prescription so I called my insurance. They called them to ask for prior authorization, woman was extremely rude to my insurance and would not call for prior authorization. So I never got the help I need for my blurred vision. Avoid this place, find somewhere else to go no matter the distance, just do not go there! Avoid Rebecca Rudisill, very rude very unprofessional!!!
Super friendly staff from the people at the front desk; the doctor; to the lady (I really should get names for things like this) who helped me pick my glasses out; to the lady I dealt with picking my glasses up! All amazing and very friendly. I wasn’t pushed into ordering my contacts at that moment which was nice also didn’t feel pushed when getting my glasses to purchase extras! Clean and all my appointments went quickly! Thank you!
First time patient/customer, and couldn't have been more pleased! I was recently referred to Dr. Yealy by a common acquaintance & had my initial exam earlier today - Dr. Yealy was: 1) pleasant, and; 2) thorough. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly; in particular, the person that assisted me with selecting my glasses (Tony) was AWESOME. I HIGHLY recommend this practice!
Look no where else, Yealy is a top-tier Eye Care. Clean, well presented, and thoughtful areas throughout. Highly personable, educated, and professional staff - not to mention fast! My glasses came in faster than anywhere else and my adjustments were done in one try. The people working there should be proud! Any complaints I have are pedantic in comparison to the outstanding service. 1. Onboarding/Sign on paper can be formatted better - having a NO box to disagree/decline to some on the services instead of signing and writing NO in no particular place.
