Every employee there was great. The whole operation is efficient and thorough. The nurses are pleasant and walk you through all the tests. The doc explains everything completely and provides clear instruction on the best way to maintain your eye health. The women handling the eyeglass frames made direct calls to get me exactly what I wanted. And they are right in the middle of town....no need to ever go anywhere else.

Dr. Ferri and staff were terrific. I would highly recommend going there for your Eyecare needs. They are very professional and yet equally personable. Also, they use state of the art diagnostic tools and equipment.
My kids love coming to Homer Rich Eye Care. They always feel comfortable and love both Dr. Ferri’s! Both doctors always explain everything they are doing so they feel comfortable. They always receive a very thorough exam where multiple areas of the eye are checked. My youngest has autism and they are incredibly patient and understanding. They go at his pace and modify the exam to accommodate his needs. We highly recommend Home Rich Eye Care!
Comprehensive annual exam - the doctor was meticulous, caring and took her time with my exam and her review of my scans. The team was absolutely welcoming and lovely. Beautiful selection of eyewear as well.
Tom Ford blue light blocking glass looked like a great pair of glasses. The demo had these light blue lenses designed to help you see at night. $850. What I got were frames that didn't fit and lenses that were not blue at all. They said the frames you try on are the ones you get and the lenses are changed out for the ones with the prescription lens and they do have "the best anti-reflective coating." But these don't fit. The ones I tried on first fit and were comfortable. Well maybe they tightened them up when they put the lenses in. To be fair they offered to replace them with another pair. At that point steam must have been coming out of my ears. I felt like a clown with kids glasses on they gave me a headache. She actually said if you hold them up just right you can see some blue. They look great on you. Again I wasn't buying it. They did refund me. It still didn't feel right. After this ordeal I went up to LensCrafters and did the exam again. I was so glad I did. They have up to date machines, it was completely different, like night and day. Three additional high tech machines aided in there diagnoses. When I compare prescriptions there completely different. Not even close, is that malpractice or incompetence. High tech vs old antiquated. Karen at Homer Rich refused to return my older frames until I met with the doctor to sign papers for them to terminate the customer patient relationship. That's fine like Karen said to me with all the things going on in the world I shouldn't get upset over this. But it did. It upset me a lot, so I went somewhere else and they were great. Thank you Karen for your 20 years service sorry it had to end this way. Que Sera, Sera
