I used to think going to an eye doctor was only necessary when I needed to update my glasses prescription or because something was affecting my vision. Today, I decided to visit this particular eye doctor’s office based on the positive reviews. From the moment I walked in, the office immediately stood out to me. It was beautifully decorated with creative artwork throughout, and they even had a jar of candy available for patients while waiting to be seen. The receptionist was welcoming, helpful, and made sure to check on me while I was filling out the paperwork to see if I had any questions. While waiting, I noticed other patients coming in and heard the receptionist speaking Spanish, which gave me peace of mind knowing the office is bilingual and able to assist a wider range of patients comfortably. Once I was called, the receptionist took her time during the eye pressure test. Afterwards, I was seen by the doctor, and the exam never once felt rushed. The doctor took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and carefully explained the next steps to help me find the best solution for my eye care needs. This office truly demonstrates something that is becoming harder to find nowadays and that is genuine care for their patients. Thank you for the overall positive experience.
