You & Eyes

I had an amazing experience at You and Eye! The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Tran was amazing — very knowledgeable, patient, and caring throughout the visit. Zhi was also wonderful and made the whole experience pleasant. A special thank you to Dianna for helping me pick out frames for the boys. She was very efficient, helpful, and made the process so easy. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service from everyone. Highly recommend!

So far so good! I just had my appointment today but the experience was very pleasant. I was seen quickly at my appointment time and everyone was professional and friendly. No major sales push. We’ll see how long my glasses take to come in and if I’m happy with the end result but overall I’m pleased and have found my yearly location I’ll return to for my annual eye exam and glasses!

Christina and Dr. Tran were great. Also the new girl who took me back to my room was really sweet and did a good job. Christina did a good job helping me pick out my frames and was super patient and kind with me.

What more can you ask for! Outstanding customer service. Very attentive to your needs. Communication from the time I arrived and even a follow up was greatly appreciated. Christina and her staff did an excellent job. Dr. Nguyen is awesome. If you want someone to value you and your eyes, this is the place to go!!!! Thank you for your care!!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised to find how amazing my eye exam was. I had been going to an eye dr since I was 8 years old and I am now 47 and my eye exam today was, by far, one of the best eye exams I have ever gotten. I am ver satisfied at how detailed the exam was and at how thorough the dr was. Everyone was very nice as well. I am confident that I am in good hands and I will be seeing so much better with my new glasses. Thank you much for the job you do!!
