Their positive reviews are FAKE. You can easily tell from their profiles. This place is a scam and ILLEGALLY withholds your prescription! Even if you try to obtain your prescription for WEEKS, expect to be denied and expect for them to blame you for it. Their many negative Yelp reviews will prove this and there is photographic evidence on Yelp of a customer who received year old expired lenses. The staff is disrespectful, unprofessional, and has no integrity whatsoever. They will try to scam you, rip you off, and lie to you. It's shameful to run a business this way. I'm genuinely begging you to not trust them or come here. I've reported them to the FTC and you can too. You can go to the FTC article on prescription glasses and contact lenses for more information since the owners clearly don't know the law.

Doctor who help me was great but I really didn’t like the glasses I got but I knew I needed them. Also, the Secretary kept pushing for contacts when I told her multiple time that I don’t want them. When I got my glasses I noticed that it didn’t have anti-glare and the transitions on it is not fast at all versus my old glasses. I would go back again to get an exam but not buying my frames from them again. They don’t even have major brands like Ray Bans at the store which really upset at me because that’s my favorite brand to use.
Terrible service and unkind people. The glasses are $300 with no brand names and break very easily. I even saw another customer review who received contact lenses that expired a year ago. Also, there is no general manager named "Don". That is another lie on their pile. You can't trust anything that comes out of their mouths or expect them to see their own faults, even if you show it right to their face. Ridiculous and unreasonable people. Where is their logic?
Went in just for and eye exam. But ended up purchasing $300.00 pair of reading glasses. No brand name. After I picked up my prescription I had to wait till they adjusted the lenses. The next day while cleaning them one of the lenses came off. I took them back and after battling with the owner I got 50% refund. Terrible customer service . Avoid this place at all costs.
My experience at this office was so easy. They took my insurance and the optician was able to walk me through which frames worked for me. They are so friendly and they want to make sure that you're eyes taken care of. Top notch service at great prices.
