Very disappointed with the customer service at this optical office. My 13-year-old daughter currently has broken glasses, and I was simply trying to locate the prescription for the glasses I purchased there in November 2024. I politely asked the employee to double-check the system, but she refused and kept insisting the only record they had was from 2020. I even showed the prescription on my phone and was still dismissed. During the conversation, she repeatedly said she “couldn’t hear me because of the noise,” even though the office was nearly empty, which felt very dismissive and unprofessional. Ironically, the ophthalmologist’s receptionist was more helpful and willing to assist than the optical staff themselves. I eventually went to Eyemart Express, where everyone was welcoming, patient, and genuinely tried to help me. Even the manager took the time to explain things respectfully and professionally. It was a completely different experience.
