Dr. Chow and her assistant were fantastic! I came in with need for drops to help with dry eyes and blurry vision. I was given all the best tests, and a very thorough explanation and now I’m on the right path. Feeling 100% better. Fantastic Experience!!!! :-)

I rarely ever write reviews, but I highly recommend Dr. Chow! She’s been my go-to optometrist for years - with good reason. Dr. Chow is informative, thorough, and efficient - the perfect combo for a busy New Yorker like myself. When she opened her own practice in my neighborhood (huge plus!), I had to pay a visit. Yuni Eyecare is clean, minimal, and welcoming, with a unique selection of high-quality frames. The staff explained the features of each brand and even helped me pick out a pair of multi-purpose glasses, which I love!!! During my eye exam, Dr. Chow was incredibly thorough and used high-end imaging equipment. She shared plenty of helpful eye-care tips (especially for my dry-eyes) and gave me a few samples to try. Rest assured, I’ll be returning for all my vision needs =)

This is the first and only 5 star doctors review I have ever given. They responded to an urgent web intake form within 15 minutes an hour before they opened 🤯 I can’t even book same day appointments from all the other private equity pediatric centers (called 2 other places that were open at the time) Dr Chow was able to see my toddler child within 2 hours of the urgent request. If you have any eye emergencies I highly recommend Dr Chow and avoid all these for profit companies that won’t even see you the same day. Also their eyewear prices are for some reason… extremely reasonable. We compare the price of a frames to the manufacturers price and Yuni’s prices was only a few dollars more, but we decided to get them here because Dr Chow helped adjust our child’s glasses to fit a low bridge nose once we picked them up. It’s so hard to find a doctor like this, and I am extremely grateful to have found Dr Chow a few weeks after the location opened with only a handful of positive Google reviews

Over my many years of being nearsighted, the eye doctors I've seen didn't really have a bedside manner and pretty much have just been quick to get some money. That's definitely not the case here. This office is very kind, thoroughly explains your conditions, and I didn't feel pressured to do anything that wasn't necessary. Highly recommend

I recently had my first visit at Yuni eye care and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the office was clean and modern, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable. I love the minimalist design. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Chow was incredibly thorough during my eye exam, taking the time to explain each step and answer my questions. I never felt rushed. I explained to her when I would wear my glasses I would get headaches. She found that the glasses I was previously prescribed from another practice was over corrected and I had the wrong prescription. She dilated my eyes to find my true prescription. Would highly recommend Dr.Chow and will be coming here for my yearly eye exam.
