Once again, excellent experience here! Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful! Dr. Jost-Strous was patient, detailed, and spent extra time helping me with some different contact lens options. She was fabulous! Kyle was a wealth of knowledge when helping me choose glasses and was very patient while I was picking them. I highly recommend this practice!
Great customer service; everyone is cordial and professional. There’s no long wait time. Dr. Strous is who I normally see and he explains things in ways that I can understand. He takes his time; I never feel rushed. They also have good options for eyeglasses.
Quick scheduling and so new and state of the art. I’ve had many eye exams through the years and this place has the newest technology. Everything was pain free and no uncomfortableness. I didn’t even have to have numbing drops to have them to have them dilated. Great selection of frames and eyeglasses.My new ophthalmologist for sure.
I had a great first eye exam with Dr. Strous today. He’s personable, professional, snd thorough, and I know I am in good hands. The office is very nice, and everyone there is pleasant. They have a great selection of frames and lenses, too. I highly recommend Back Bay Eye Care - Weymouth.
They squeezed me in same-day for unexpected issue. As always, everyone from the marvelous front drag staff to the tech to the doc we very professional, friendly and helpful. They run a great show.
