I have been coming here for years and have never seen the level of disrespect the patients have here towards the staff. I’ve seen some of these review call out staff by name but the patients are the problems. Uziel is one of the kindest and nicest front desk staff I have seen. Constantly running to put out fires through out the entire building. Nelson looks mean but he just has resting b.. face he’s actually very nice and efficient at his job. The rest of the staff are equally competent and enjoy the work they do as far as I have seen.

The medical and dental service is very good but the receptionist on the second floor in the Orange office is rude and incompetent. She is not good for customer service. She does not want to help. I have seen it in me and several people. It is not the first time that it makes a problem. In my next visit. I will update this publication with the name of the lady so that they take action. It is not possible that staff who work for health and customer service cannot help and have a terrible attitude.

I was very disappointed with the receptionist Marta, who spoke to clients in a rude and disrespectful way. Another staff member, the one with the fuzzy glasses, also acted unprofessionally. This behavior is unacceptable, Management needs to take immediate action to ensure front desk staff treat clients with respect and professionalism. And they need to be way better with patiens.

Love love love Marta!! But Nelson and Uriel hold up this reception waiting time tremendously. Nelson is rude and Uriel is never at her desk to assist. I’ve been with Zufall since my pregnancies and my kids are 3 and 4 right now. Their patient services have fallen since. They need people who actually care to help others and not just here for a job. Like Nelson 😑

I came in with an infected tooth. I got a perscription for an antibiotic but the tooth broke and was very painful. Although I had an appointment for the following Tuesday, I came in on Monday because it was so painful and paid for emergency service. I was told to get a physcians approval because of my blood presure. I got it and they would not see me again. A woman wearing a black pant suit told me they would not pull the tooth because my jaw was still swollen and not to come in the next day, that she would call, also I only had 3 antibiotic pills to take. She never called and seeking a second opinion the doctor said that with only 3 pills left, it was obvious it wasn't working and the tooth was pulled immediately. I will never go back to them. I don't trust the level of care for patients.
