This place is amazing! They have a wide variety of really pretty and stylish frames, modern designs, and even have a dedicated pediatric section and play area. As a toddler mom, I was pretty impressed with that. Dr.Patel has been so great all three times she’s seen me, including having incredible patience when I had a fussy infant in tow last year. The employees are so genuine, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. In particular, Trinity has been an absolute angel with my glasses shopping experience. I am super indecisive, and I probably was debating between at least 20 different frames over the course of 2 hours. Trinity never once was frustrated with my decision making process. She was able to help me find options that matched my style and offered great feedback on which ones looked best on me. I am in love with the ombré color on these and they fit me beautifully. She even helped me get my old frames readjusted so I have a backup pair in the event my toddler throws them. I got the NeuroLenses this time, which I’ve never had before. I am CONSTANTLY nauseated, motion sick, etc at baseline, but I could tell the difference immediately when I put these on. It’s going to be an absolute game changer for me. So if you’re looking for a place to get your eyes checked and get some really cool new glasses, go here! I could not recommend this place enough.

My experience at 20/20 EyeVenue was top notch. When my husband and I were welcomed in by Yolanda and was offered assistance that made us feel so welcomed. As both of us took in all the Eyewear to try on, we both felt like kids in a candy store. Marion explained all the brands and what the office offers on top of just beautiful eyewear. They have an in house production for making lenses and a really advanced iris picture machine. I was impressed by all the different brands they carry. Also finding out that most of the brands are independent was very impressive. I really focus on independent vendors and supporting local. While we were trying on all the frames in the office we received assistance from Trinity to finalize our purchase, she is so sweet and efficient. We will definitely be purchasing more Eyewear and getting our pictures done!!!!

What a Great Place to get your Eye Exam. Super clean and very welcoming. Dr. Sophia Pham was a delight to work with and Yolanda and Marcella were both very helpful in picking out the perfect glasses for me. Great selection for anyone that is not wanting basic glasses. Technology has evolved so far since the last time that I have had an eye exam and they have all the right equipment to make sure you know exactly what you need for your eyes. Dr. Pham gave me the entire rundown on what I need to see clear again. Answering all my questions and giving me all the answers I needed to feel comfortable about how my vision has changed throughout the years. Thank you very much for the experience. I will definitely not hesitate to recommend 20/20 Eyevenue to all my friends and family.🤓🙌🏾

Lovely Place for an Eye Exam and finding a great pair of glasses. Dr. Pham was wonderful. Very professional and insightful. It's been years since I have had an exam. And I did not feel embarrassed and was confident in my decision to get glasses at the end of my visit. Thank you so much!

What I great place, I would love to give a shout out to YOLANDA for being such a wonderful and great person. I was just a walk in and was greeted by Alex at the start she seemed as if she didn’t want to be there or even try to help Yolanda then stepped in and Alex just walked away not saying anything! Yolanda then made me feel so welcome asked questions about what I was looking for she then asked if I was a new patient to the store I told her yes! Yolanda then asked if I would be using insurance I replied yes she was very polite and asked to step away for a moment to pull my insurance as well as set up a new profile for myself at the store then told me to look around in the meantime, as she was getting everything ready in her computer. She was such a great help, I really felt bad for her because it seemed as if she was trying to help everyone at the same time she was helping me! Alex sat with a patient and I was over hearing her while I was looking for glasses and didn’t seem to know what was going on, Yolanda then asked another associate to sit with her to help her out as Yolanda continue to help me! The doctor walked out and asked one of the other associates to help out the patient that came out of the doors and they told the doctor to hold on! Yolanda excused herself and asked if she could help the other patient in the meantime! Yolanda finished up with him and went back to helping me! Yolanda got me out of my comfort zone and we picked out a pair of glasses that I wouldn’t have picked out but I love them . The other two associates that were there continue to stay busy as Alex just walked around, Yolanda asked Alex if she would like to sit down with her to show her what she was working on, Alex continue to yawn and act as if she wasn’t happy to be there or if she was bored! With that being said Yolanda is a very hard worker and very nice the five stars goes to her! All in all the store was very nice and a lot of frames to choose from ! Thank you again Yolanda you were very Awesome!
