I had a fantastic experience here. Everyone from reception to the tech to the doctor were professional, courteous and helpful. I'd like to especially recognize Dr. Minh-Khanh, who was so kind and informative. I've had glasses for 4 decades and she's the first doctor to explain everything so patiently and thoroughly. This is a first class establishment and I'm looking forward to my eye exam next year. Thank you!
Love this eye doctor! The doctor was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me during my appointment. Also I recently was on my way to dinner and forgot a contact lens in my left eye. We happened to be right by their office so I called and they gave me an extra contact lens so I didn’t have to turn around and go home… really above and beyond!
My children & I have had great Customer Service here at the Lakewood office!!! Everyone is so welcoming and expert with all they do. Our thanks go to Minh-Khanh O.D.& Richie Rabalais. They are wonderful, as well as Eli & Brina! They are like family to us!
Great experience with the optometrist, but front desk staff lack customer service skills. I’ve been going to MyEyeDr for many years, transferred from the Park Cities location to the Lakewood clinic and the quality of service is very low. If customer service is important to you I’d go elsewhere.
All the staff are super accommodating and friendly! Tiana and Mike were incredibly helpful and worked with me to find my perfect pair of glasses. Definitely recommend!
