20/20 Vision Associates Optometry

I have been using 20/20 Vision for over 20years!! I absolutely love my neuro Optometrist Dr. Everett. I have a very difficult vision issue that requires a very high prisim and vision help. I had a huge brain tumor behind an eye and I had successful brain surgery. They have all the specialized equipment and they have special prisim lenses that are made very thin. If you have any kind of a neuro problem or a prisim problem this is the best and I think it is actually the only place like it around! Also I have always gone to other stores and looked for the frames to make sure that I got the right ones that I wanted. And yet every single time I end up with the frames at 20/20 Vision because they honestly have the best selection of frames! They have excellent customer service and they really will go out of their way for you to make sure you are happy! The whole team is very helpful and wonderful! I love tgis place and I highly recommend them!

They were great! They were super fast to check me in. I was taken aback by how fast and efficient your staff was. As soon as I was checked in I went upstairs and about two minutes later I was being given my eye test and being seen by a doctor about five minutes after being seen by the technician. It was all wonderful. Your staff was very kind and wonderful and welcoming. I could not have had a better experience. The two women at the front desks downstairs were also extremely helpful and kind and overall made me feel very comfortable. I've never had glasses before and they throughly explained everything to me. I've never been able to say I had a lovely time at a doctor office before but I throughly enjoyed my visit. It seems like a great place to work because your staff is so friendly and informative.

Not a great experience this time last few times were great it seemed like the person that helped us this time susana did not know what she was doing and did not care to ask for help we have gone there now like 3 times and she keeps saying she doesn't know she has to look into it and call us in a couple of days. So I just had have them print out our prescription so we can go get them made somewhere else in not sure what's going on there. I have 2 upcoming appointments in the next 2 weeks one for myself and one for my son that I will probably be cancelling too much of a headache the people upstairs are amazing it's just Susana ruined the experience for us

We've been patients at 20/20 Vision for nearly 20 years, watching it grow from a small practice to a larger establishment. Dr. Everette is exceptional—she's the best! However, my recent experience with the staff has been quite frustrating. My son went in on February 27th for new glasses, and here we are in April with still no glasses. The excuse given was that they have a new lab and his high prescription takes longer. While I understand that some prescriptions require extra time, we've used Costco for his glasses before, and they had them ready in just a week. Waiting almost two months for glasses is unacceptable, especially when we’ve never waited this long before. The estimated arrival date is now April 21st, which feels excessive. I've heard that the practice is under new management, which might be contributing to these service delays. While I appreciate Dr. Everette’s care, the inefficiencies and lack of communication from the staff have been disappointing. As long-time patients, we expect better service, especially considering the costs associated with our glasses. I hope 20/20 Vision can address these staff issues and improve the overall experience for their patients.

My recent appointment was fantastic. Doctor Everett was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything that was going on with my eyes. It's so reassuring when you feel well-informed about your health. I'm really glad I went in for my check-up.
