20/20 Vision Center

Let me start by saying, the front receptionist and the doctor were great. Very friendly and helpful. My experience with the employees who actually work with the eyeglasses left a lot to be desired. I entered 20/20 Vision Center, sat down and waited to be acknowledged so that I could tell explain my reason for being there. As I waited one gentleman entered and was helped and another from the back was also helped. I sat patiently and even set a timer to see how long it would be before someone said anything to me. I waited for over 5 minutes with two workers sitting about 10 feet away from me without being a said a word to. I left, and don’t plan on returning. I’m not asking for the red carpet to be rolled out, but basic customer service should be a priority.

eye doctor and lady at the front counter were both super nice and friendly. I was having a really great experience up until it was time to leave. They do not inform you that you have to request to not have retinal imaging or they charge you like $60 extra. At check out I informed that I did not know my daughter and I had that as it wasn't explained. Seems they would ask or say, Hey this is the retinal imaging portion of the eye exam it does cost extra would you like to opt out of this? but no she was rude and said there is a sign at the front desk that you have to let us know you don't want it. I'm not reading all of your signs at the desk when I walk in. I am talking to the lady behind the counter and checking in and giving her my information. They were nice enough to take it off the bill fourtunately.

BEWARE THIS BUSINESS! Unlike ALL other optometrists in the area, they DO NOT HAVE A REFUND POLICY. My wife was sold a GREATLY OVERPRICED pair of glasses ($700, are you kidding me? I have a strong prescription and astigmatism and I pay $500 at LensCrafters, who are already way overpriced). The day after her appointment, she requested and was rudely denied a refund. On top of this, they charged for an unapproved retinal scan.

Just picked up my glasses. I'm thrilled! What a happy experience. Every step in my purchase was handled perfectly and professionally. I especially liked the fact that all the staff is trained well in all steps of the sale. If there is an interruption in the process, any other person can slip effortlessly into the process and complete the process. I've been wearing glasses and contacts since I was 18 months old so I feel I'm a good judge of a competinent company. 20/20 has my endorsement and business forever.

The office manager is not truthful. He will lie to your face and don't care to make eye contact. He potentially will hurt business
