Eye exam was seamless and amazing. I always struggle with which lens is “better”. Doc Dominick went right through patient and efficient and I was able to see ten times better with time to spare. He walked me through the retina scans, checked my eye surface, and even gave me great advice on eye drops. Fantastic experience. The eyewear specialist spent a good bit of time with me choosing frames. She was great at recognizing my preferences and looked up several sizes. They had a decent selection, but I wasn’t able to find frames with which I could live. She gave me great choices though. She eventually suggested I shouldn’t settle if they weren’t right and coming back for lenses when I found what worked elsewhere. Great experience.

I had an urgent eye issue and the Goose Creek office got me in right away. Within an hour of calling I was in the chair for an exam. The staff are all genuinely caring people and the service is excellent. I am grateful for each person I saw today. If you are looking for an expert medical staff that treats you like family then this is your place to come.

I had a great experience here today. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Wasack was amazing and showed genuine interest while discussing my vision. The main reason I was searching for a new provider was because my previous provider had become very utilitarian and corporate, making me feel like simply a customer to be shuffled through the processes. That was not the case at Lowcountry Eye Care - Goose Creek. Here it was much more of a friendly, neighborly atmosphere. I beleive I have found my new vision provider. I experienced unusual symptoms in my eye while visiting family in the area. I was able to get in to see a doctor within an hour The receptionist was extremely friendly and handled each patient with warmth and respect. The assistant and doctor were both friendly and kind. They listened to my history, symptoms and showed genuine care for my well being The doctor took the time to carefully examine my eye, explain her diagnosis and reassure me that I would be alright. If I lived in the area this office would definitely be my first choice. I highly recommend.

I had such a great experience today at Lowcountry Eyecare that I really wanted to share. Previously, I went to a different eye doctor for a contact lens consultation and ordered contacts that I knew within an hour were not going to work for me. I tried reaching out to their office multiple times and left messages, but unfortunately never got a response. It ended up affecting my ability to see properly and do my job, which was incredibly frustrating. Even though my insurance wouldn’t cover another visit or new contacts, I decided to come back to Lowcountry Eyecare in Goose Creek because they’ve always taken great care of me—and today was truly exceptional. From the front desk to the entire staff, the customer service was impeccable. Everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. The doctor was absolutely amazing and made me feel heard and taken care of. I left feeling so happy and confident, knowing I’d be able to see clearly again and get back to work without worry. I’m really grateful for the care I received today—highly recommend!
