This was a fantastic experience! Alexa is an exemplary 20/20 Now professional. She put me at ease the moment I walked in the door and clearly explained every stage of the process. It was painless, efficient and affordable! I plan to share this optical exam experience with all of my family members and friends!
The woman in that office was phenomenal with accommodating me. Very pleasing to the ear once my glasses came off. She understood my lack of vision, as I needed help getting around to the next room, she helped me into the chair even. I recommend Alexa be acknowledged for going above expectations, for her patience and customer service abilities as well. Thank You!!

Alexa was great! I had both my mom and brother examined this week. She was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Technician and doctor explained everything very well and helped my family :)
Alexa was very nice, assisted me every step of the through my exam. Alexa showed patience when I was not following directions.
