The service was horrible. The Front desk staff are not trained properly. They wasted my time with an appointment that I scheduled over two weeks ago for me to only get there and tell me my insurance was out of network. I asked why I was not called prior to the appointment? I was told they just verified it that day but my appointment was at 3:30 pm. Plenty of time to verify and call me.
First time using Eyemart Express and they exceeded expectations through the roof. The virtual eye exam was the most high tech and comprehensive eye exam I've ever had. The equipment used was all state of the art. The office manager Kynteja who coordinated everything was a consummate pro. After having a thorough and efficient eye exam, I moved over to the optical area where the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was blown away by how quickly they produced 4 separate pairs of glasses in under 30 minutes and the quality is outstanding and the price was the lowest I've ever paid for glasses. This is my new optical shop going forward. Outstanding and well run operation!
