The Associate that help me was new young lady and she was so helpful, kind and professional. This particular Lens Crafters is the only place I’ll get my glasses. Picture doesn’t do the glasses any justice!

Dr. Larsen is truly exceptional!! She takes the time to listen, thoroughly explains everything, and creates a comfortable environment where no question feels silly. Her genuine care for her patients is evident, and I always feel confident that she has my best interest at heart. I highly recommend her!!

My first review was not positive however once I spoke to the office manager Mo, she not only listened to me but she remedied the situation. She was able to get me back into the store, had a different doctor relook at my prescription and corrected my contacts and glasses. The staff care about their customers enough to ensure that they leave satisfied. Most importantly is they did not pass judgment, were empathetic, and understanding. Mistakes happen and the staff at Easton Lenscrafter really go above and beyond to fix errors and truly make being a client there a good experience. Thanks Mo!!! I appreciate you and your team!

Excellent customer service! I loved the interaction, felt they really cared about us, very professional. Only thing that kept me from giving five stars was that no one introduced themselves to us. Adding that element would make this particular office top-notch… Will recommend to others and will definitely come back. We were always loyal to SEE and did give anyone else a chance until now. :)

Wow! Such a beautiful new office! Wonderful service as well! The staff and Doctor made me feel very nice and did such an amazing job getting me in and out of their store. Granted a majority of the frames were out of my price range, but they did their best to try to help me out as much as they could! The Dr appt. Went smooth and felt very modern with the new equipment they had as well! Definitely would reccomend!
