I had such a wonderful experience at The Artful Eye! I stopped in because I had lost a screw in my Maui Jims and honestly wasn’t sure if it was something they could even fix—but the sweet woman who helped me took care of it right away. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help, which made such a difference. Not only did she fix my glasses quickly, but she also made me feel like I wasn’t an inconvenience at all (which is rare these days!). That level of customer service really stood out. While I was there, I noticed how attentive the staff was with other customers as well—taking time to answer questions and help people try on frames. You can tell they truly care about helping people find what works best for them. The store itself is also very clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of both eyeglasses and sunglasses. Lots of stylish options to choose from! Overall, this place went above and beyond. Highly recommend stopping by if you need anything eyewear-related!
