The Artful Eye – Seaside

I had such a wonderful experience at The Artful Eye! I stopped in because I had lost a screw in my Maui Jims and honestly wasn’t sure if it was something they could even fix—but the sweet woman who helped me took care of it right away. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help, which made such a difference. Not only did she fix my glasses quickly, but she also made me feel like I wasn’t an inconvenience at all (which is rare these days!). That level of customer service really stood out. While I was there, I noticed how attentive the staff was with other customers as well—taking time to answer questions and help people try on frames. You can tell they truly care about helping people find what works best for them. The store itself is also very clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of both eyeglasses and sunglasses. Lots of stylish options to choose from! Overall, this place went above and beyond. Highly recommend stopping by if you need anything eyewear-related!

Thankful for the Artful Eye and their wonderful staff. My eyeglass lens fell out and I need them on a daily basis. I stopped in today and the wonderful sales woman was so kind and fixed them. She didn’t even charge me to replace the screw. Also, loved the sunglasses selection. Will definitely be back when I need a new pair of sunglasses. Thank you, Artful Eye for your help today. You gained a loyal customer.

Amazing store for all glasses! Denise and Celia were both very helpful, professional, and great to work with. Beyond purchasing, their service is spectacular! Thank you for all your help!

I was in town for a family wedding and my glasses were accidentally damaged (my trying to fix them myself didn't help). I brought them in to The Artful Eye and Denise kindly took them and did what she could to adjust and tighten them, and replace a missing screw. She even cleaned them, with all of this done as a courtesy. I highly recommend this shop for your eyeglasses and sunglasses needs.

Really nice products and selection, but literally every single pair of sunglasses is locked to the wall. I guess this is a high crime area? Not an easy place to try and fit a couple styles without having to wait for an unlock on every single thing you want to look at.
