I recently visited Harvey & Lewis Opticians and was truly impressed with the excellent service I received. The staff was professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I ordered three pairs of glasses and am extremely happy with all of them. After my experience, my husband also went to the Glastonbury location and had two pairs of glasses made. He was just as satisfied with the service and quality. A very special thank you to Svitlana Rokycky for her professionalism, care, and attention to detail. She made the entire process smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Harvey & Lewis to anyone looking for quality eyewear and outstanding customer service.

I hadn’t been happy with my last few pairs of glasses, so I decided to give 4 Eyes (great name!) a try. Dr. Patel quickly noticed my old prescription was off—which explained a lot. She walked me through each step, answered all my questions, and within an hour I had updated prescriptions for both glasses and contacts. I couldn’t recommend her more.

This is the best optometry office that I’ve ever been to! Not only did Dr. Patel fix a bad prescription that I had received from another eye doctor’s office, she really took the time to explain to me the differences and changes with my eyes. I truly cannot recommend this office enough!

Dr. Patel was absolutely fantastic—not only was she incredibly experienced, but she was also very friendly and easy to talk to, making the whole exam feel comfortable and thorough. Following the exam, Ashley in the frames department was exceptionally helpful. She offered expert advice and a great eye for style, making the process of finding the right frames to suit my face easy and enjoyable. Excellent service all around! I can't wait to get my new glasses!

I enjoyed my time with my doctor and the frame artist within the office. The space is so beautiful, well lit and the technology used was incredible. I was able to see and be given more in depth information on my eye health as well as care moving forward. I’m so happy to have found them and look forward to our future appointments. Also love the glasses I’ll be buying before the end of the year. I felt extremely seen and safe.
