I had a very unsettling experience at this office and will definitely not be returning. While the **front desk staff were fabulous**—professional, welcoming, and helpful—the experience with the ophthalmologist himself was the complete opposite. From the moment the exam began, he was incredibly **rude and crude**. His bedside manner is non-existent, and he made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. Beyond the attitude, I was very concerned by the lack of hygiene. The doctor appeared **unkept and dirty**, which is the last thing you want to see when someone is working with your eyes. I was wearing contacts and needed to take them out and put them back in, yet he **never offered me a place to wash my hands**. In a medical setting, especially one involving eye exams, basic sanitation should be a given. It felt like the entire priority of the office was just to bill my insurance company rather than provide actual care. It is a shame because the ladies in the front are great, but the doctor’s behavior and the lack of cleanliness are deal-breakers. **Save your time and your insurance money—go somewhere else.**
