Brought my 93 year old mother for a 2pm appointment. There were no parking spots in their parking lot and I struggled to get her there on time. At approx 3pm, the girls at the front desk informed us that the doctor is 2 hours behind. It's now after 4:10 and my poor mother is having trouble just sitting up. So inconsiderate. Why didn't they call so we could reschedule or come back at after 4pm? They obviously don't care about their patients' time.

Horrible service, 30 minutes to make an appointment is unacceptable. They said they would schedule me with a Renta specialist for my mom, they send us to Glendale only to find out they didn’t have a specialist. I was told by the office manager I would receive a call before appointment was scheduled yet didn’t receive a phone. They don’t take patients needs seriously.
