Really nice place. Everyone is very helpful here, kind, patient, and professional. Thank you for the good service. I really appreciate a lady at the front desk. I came in for an appointment and didn’t know that my insurance wasn’t gonna cover, until the next week after around I was very thankful that the lady at the front desk told me, and I was able to reschedule my appointment so it would work out! It was a blessing because I wouldn’t have known if she didn’t tell me. Thank you so much!😊 Hope you have a good day!

Don’t bother! $90 for contact fitting for them to do nothing, not even a free pair of trial lenses. No one could explain the $90 contact fitting fee. They literally did nothing regarding contacts except from the dr who said “how are the contacts working out” ok great I’ll send the prescription over! And the $20 for the “eye picture” taken with the iPad, ya, go to a real eye dr!
August 25, 2026 This ABBA is by far the most friendliest ABBA we have been to. We traveled up from Pueblo and by far a better experience and Dr. Kim actually did a full exam unlike the Pueblo (Orman/Northern) ABBA. The staff is very friendly and it was no issue to have them fax our local PCP the exam results, unlike the Pueblo ABBA. I highly recommend this Fountain ABBA and we will definitely keep coming back!!
I do NOT recommend ABBA Eye Care - Fountain, Colorado. In the autumn of 2025, I went to ABBA Eye Care in Fountain, CO for an eye appointment to obtain a prescription for contact lenses and to also get fitted for a new pair. The appointment went well and I was given a trial pair of contact lenses and instructed to return within a couple of weeks to confirm that the contacts worked out so they could release my prescription to me. Unfortunately, I had a sudden medical issue arise and had to have emergency stomach surgery twice within the two months that immediately followed my eye appointment at ABBA. After my recovery from stomach surgery, I went back to ABBA and explained the situation and asked if it was too late to confirm the lens prescription and fitting. The receptionist told me that I exceeded the 30-day timeframe that they give for contact lens fittings and therefore needed to schedule a new appointment at full cost. No consideration for my situation or circumstances or even a slight discount was offered. On top of that, the receptionist was unfriendly and borderline snarky. I definitely will never go to ABBA ever again.
Went here for a VA pair of glasses. First was told I didn't have an appointment, then it was going through insurance then after insisting it was through the VA and continuing to show them the VA paperwork and playing the voicemail confirming my VA appointment they found the VA appointment. Was told oh yes we can order those you have now. When I got my glasses they looked more like those that an 100 year old wears on the end of their nose. Also the lenses were all cloudy. Nothing like the ones I wear now except they have a frame and have lenses. VA needs to get a different provider.
