Very unprofessional experience. This eye doctor from Florida conducted the appointment via Zoom and refused to complete required paperwork despite being provided with legitimate official documents. He was dismissive and uncooperative, and did not fulfill basic responsibilities expected from a medical professional. I would not recommend this service.
Adolfo took the time to see me without and appointment to adjust a pair of glasses that I did not even buy from their shop (they have their own great selection, by the way)! He's a true craftsman and perfect gentleman. I will definitely try to bring my business here whenever I can in the future...

My appointment didn't take much time. I did have to go back because my glasses had the incorrect script. So had to spend more money.
