Dr Murphy and the ABC team in Hillsdale are the best. Every time I'm in the office I'm blown away by how much time and attention they give to each of their customers, not just me. Everybody is vip. Not sure how they keep up the energy, but respect to team ABC.
Thank you to Dr. Murphy and the ABC Vision team! I’ve been a patient at ABC Vision for over 25 years. Recently I had what I believed to be an eye emergency. I spoke with the on-call doctor because I was leaving town the next morning and wanted to make sure it was safe to fly. Dr. Murphy met me at the clinic on a Saturday evening, thoroughly checked my vision, and was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. I’m extremely grateful for her prompt care and for the practice’s support. Thank you for the excellent care.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday at 9:20 a.m. I arrived on time, only to be told that the doctor was out sick. While I understand that unexpected situations happen, the receptionist claimed they had notified me that my appointment was canceled. After I showed her that I had never received any message, she checked and admitted that, because they had recently changed their system, the cancellation notification was never sent. I had already taken time off work and wasted an hour for an appointment that should have been canceled in advance. I rescheduled for Thursday, only to receive a text later reminding me of their $50 no-show/late cancellation fee. It's frustrating that they expect patients to respect their time while showing so little respect for ours. This experience was extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend this office to anyone who values their time.
Exceptional and very personal. Authentic customer service and very friendly staff. I just started seeing Dr. Ward and truly feel blessed that I found her. I have never met a doctor who really takes time as she has with me and has gone out of her way to help. I would highly recommend her to everyone to experience the awesome experience I have received every time. Donna just called ABC vision to confirm my appointment for Noon today and the receptionist denied my appointment. This is the third time ABC vision has cancelled to no fault of my own. I think it's time to find a new reputable provider.
