Beautiful location! Very sincere, friendly and caring doctors and staff. I wouldnt choose to get my eye care needs anywhere else! Not to mention they have affordable options for both contact lenses and glasses!
Dr. Mari Ward is the best! I am what I consider a difficult patient because it is hard to get drops in my eyes and get a read on my eye pressure. Dr. Ward was calm and reassuring and was able to accomplish both tasks so I got a complete eye exam… wasn’t so lucky at the last place I went five years ago, they gave up on trying to get my eye pressure. If you are like me and don’t like people putting stuff in your eye or touching your eyeball, but you need an eye exam, go see Dr. Ward. She can handle it!
My experience with this new ABC Vision location was very positive. The staff member at the desk was amiable & kind. Dr. Ward was thorough, personable, & unhurried in her approach. She explained things well, & gave me some good product recommendations, along with coupons to save some money on my purchases. I will definitely be continuing my care here.
Went here for my vision needs. The front desk was annoying and condescending. He asked if I’d like a picture of my eye I declined when I went to check out he tried to charge me for it. He printed off my insurance policy after being confused and on the phone with them. I wouldn’t ever go back. Due to the way he was so belittling. Genuinely worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office. Not to mention how empty the establishment was and poor eyeglass selection. The doctor was so kind and made my experience so much better but mentioned she’s only filling in for this location. Without her this would have ended with me in tears. replace the front desk and you may get more people in.
Such a gem of a place! Dr. Ward and her whole team is knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends and family.
