This office is great! Dr. Olma is so kind and thorouth, she is a pro and really knows her stuff! Kendall and Ashley both took the time to help find me some nice, and distinguished frames for my new look. I 100% recommend this place to anyone!
Staff definitely needs customer service training. First issue called for appt at Tigard location, was given an appt at their Cornell location. When changing appts ask to verify if my insurance covered my visit for contact renewal. Was told insurance covers. When I arrived I was told there is a $60 charge for the additional contact exam. That was the only reason I was there - I had clearly ask ahead of time regarding insurance coverage & no out of pocket. Specifically was told insurance covers my appt. Insisted they needed a $60 payment. Walked out. Called insurance company to make sure they didn't submit a claim. Never saw the doctor. Right down the road, walked into another eye clinic - my insurance covers 100% of exam & contact lens prescription. Would never recommend or go back
I have seen several eye doctors in my life, and I highly recommend Deanna Olma. She is very friendly and very professional. She takes time to understand your optometric situation and needs; I have never felt rushed. I have always felt that she is very competent in her field. I have also had good experiences with the staff over the years.
The staff and Dr's at Bridgetown are so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. They treated my 81 yo mom like a queen yesterday and she is excited to get her new pair of glasses. Thank you for your kindness, compassion and expertise!
I had such a great experience at Bridgetown Optometric Associates. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the doctors were both professional and approachable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Everything ran smoothly and on time, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they care about their patients and run the office with a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care!
