I would give 10 stars if I could! Dr. Lopez was SO thorough and SO kind, answering all my questions, showing his concern (I had fallen) and making sure to tell me to call if I had any questions. The office and tech staff were equally as wonderful, kind, warm, and helpful. Absolutely tops all the way around. I would absolutely recommend this office and Dr. Lopez.
I have been going to Dr. Peterson for as long as I can remember, well over 25 years. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, caring, and does a phenomenal job staying current with new procedures and technology that can help us. He genuinely cares for his patients and what is best for them, oftentimes going well above and beyond to help us see and feel our best. I cannot say enough about him as a doctor and person. Dr. Peterson's son is also an eye doctor at Absolute Vision and he did an eye exam on my daughter with special needs. I was overwhelmed by his kindness, professionalism, and the care he gave my daughter. I'm so appreciative of everyone at Absolute Vision.
The Best Optometrist @ Absolute Vision in Manhattan, IL. Dr, Lopez is Amazing and his bed side manner is very much needed. We no longer see this in Dr's anymore. I cannot say enough abt him. Another shout out to Jennifer. Her expertise in fitting us with the glasses and her explaining details that we were not aware of is so appreciated. She is wonderful. Thk uuuu! Absolute Vision for offering this grade A++++ service, which is very rare.
The entire staff and Dr. Lopez were all great. Everything looked clean, they were polite, honest, and didn't try to upsell anything. I never felt rushed and had all my questions answered.
My last visit with Dr. Rick Peterson was amazing! He was so personal and really seemed to enjoy figuring out my prescription. He loves what he does and wants what is best for his patients. I appreciate his professionalism and good care. I would highly recommend him.
