This office is great. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Jimmy was spectacular with my 5 year old daughter-laughing with her and giving her stickers. Miss Dee was great at helping us pick out glasses and find the best deal with our insurance. Highly recommend. Thank you!
Ok, I don’t know what the deal is but we have been patients for 20+ years. Now it’s My Eye Dr and everything went downhill. I had an issue and didn’t know if it was something to worry about. The medical eye doc here took me in and was short with me and let the front desk know that nothing was wrong, to which they apologized for squeezing me in. It was awkward and the EXACT reason nobody likes or trusts their worries with doctors anymore. Then I had my eye exam. 8 weeks later I come in to see if my glasses are here and yes. Sitting here. Despite my calls and precious visits they have been here. Expensive too. My son has an appointment, and we skipped the optomap. Then are told it’s required and we have to pay $25 extra? Since when? This is ridiculous. My last visit I ordered sunglasses that were awful in weight. They refused to refund them or credit because apparently (with an attitude), I ordered the stilettos of sunglasses?? What? I just picked something that looked decent on my face. Should they have expressed that to me? I’m done. Taking my family elsewhere. Sorry to end a good run but this is 4 strikes. I gave you an extra.
Paloma was very professional and patient with helping select the perfect glasses to meet my needs. Highly recommended MyEyeMed and there Eyewear Consultants. Been going for the past 8 years. Thank you for your service.
I’ve been coming here for years. It’s not same since becoming MyEyeDr. Less selection of designer frames and it used to be buy one get one 50% off-not anymore. Staff is still awesome though(5/5 for staff). Was disappointed that I picked a $500 Gucci frame and it didn’t even come with a Gucci case. Used to be that if you got designer frames it came with a nice designer case. I will likely try a new place next year.
