Everything about the RLB location is amazing. Been coming here a few years and Dr. Kwon and the whole team are very helpful and kind. I especially appreciate Rick and Julie for all their help! They are so nice and really work to make sure you have the best experience possible.
Based on the male who answered the phone to take appointments. Don't know the doctor so my rating is not for him. The person he hired to answer his phone and make appointments was extremely rude to me. I called to make a general eye appointment to get contact lenses. He told me in a very rude voice that I don't get to pick what I exam I get, that the doctor will decide and tell me. Well I don't think so buddy, nobody tells me what exams, medicines or anything else I have to take. I, and I alone decide what I want and I am the one paying for it. In for your info mr. rude, I went to another doctor and she was wonderful, fantastic! I cannot rave enough about her and I opted out the exam you said that I have to have. You cost your employer business. I would never step foot in that facility. If he or she hires a rude ignorant employee they deserve to lose business.
Have been using Accuvision for a few years now. Every appointment has been great for everyone in my family. Today it was my son’s appointment. All of the staff were friendly and efficient and Rick helped my son with his new contacts. Rick is an absolute treasure, he will be missed when he retires next spring.
The people at the Round Lake Accuvision are awesome. I have been going there for years and have only had great experiences. Shout out to Rick who is in his final lap until retirement and has always been so friendly and helpful.
The doctor is very patient and will go over your eye health and all the options available for your needs. The office staff are always so friendly and willing to help! They will go over what your insurance will cover, so there will be no surprise when you need to pay. I highly recommend this office
