I am rather new to Grayslake. I have had several emergencies, including ambulance transports. Admitted twice to the hospital. That's alot in a short amount of time. I am pleased with the care that we have in this area.

I go to Northwestern for all of my medical needs!!!! The nursing staff is amazing at BOTH the locations I go to! I've had to see 10 specialists this year, and it can be daunting and overwhelming, but this staff has always handled my concerns, very communicative, via MyChart. Building is easy to navigate. Oh, did I mention they sell STARBUCKS coffee in the little cafeteria for a FEW DOLLARS!!!! Not kidding! Great place.
This hospital is awful! I wish I would’ve just died than go to this ER. Every single worker has so much attitude when people that are coming here are sick and need some compassion. On top of that, the doctor I was assigned to kept refusing to give me pain medication when I came in for abdominal pain because he said he needed to wait to see my test results? Pain is pain I couldn’t even walk. So after 5 hours I finally couldn’t take the pain anymore and went to the hospital down the road and they found out I needed to have an internal vein removed and the doctor was so surprised I was able to limp into the ER considering my pain had to be so high. This hospital is a joke and I’d avoid it at all costs. Dr. Sellers is the one who almost killed me
Friendly, helpful and eager to answer questions patients have. This is a one stop medical center, including an ER on site and the opportunity to get glasses on site. The cafeteria has a great selection of foods, daily specials and a salad bar that people really like.
Terrible ER in every aspect. The staff is so rude, while I was getting walked back to the room I could hear nurses talking bad about patients, the doctors need to go back to medical school. I was there for a serious abdominal issue and they discharged me…… I went to condell and they said I need to be admitted for at least a week. How does that happen? Who is hiring the staff here? Doctor Sellers needs to be fired and honestly lose his license. What a hack job. Thank you Dr Sellers for not doing anything to help and honestly almost killing me with your negligence.
