8/13/26 update: Picked up my glasses today and they are EVERYTHING! I have progressive lens with anti-glare & blue light and they are perfect! So yeah, I found a new place to do my glasses! 😄 Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Today was my second time there. This time I actually had them do my glasses. My ins allowed me to bring in my own frames so I did that! The 2 young ladies working today 8/2/26, Gabi and Wendy were sooooo amazing and sweet! They took their time with me and were just so understanding. They made sure my progressive lens would be perfect for me when they return from the lab. I felt like I already knew them but we had only just met today! So yeah, maybe don't let the negative reviews keep you from giving them a try. They have an amazing selection of frames... I just like mine! I'm picky! I look forward to my glasses coming in! Yaaaassssss!!! 🫶🏾💯

Kathy was amazing! Every time I have to deal with affordable optical she makes the experience smooth as possible and my glasses are always taken care of by the team! 5 stars I would recommend again.

Unsatisfactory service. I communicated with one individual, but they had difficulty providing a simple greeting, and that was the extent of our interaction. Regrettably, no one attempted to provide support. I will not be returning, and I intend to share my disappointing experience with others.

Who ever the lady is who sounds like she speaks Russia and had Blonde hair. Was Rude & not friendly. I don’t even know how she has a job.

Yall please do not come here!! This place has many bad reviews for a reason!!!! I was told my glasses would take 2-3 weeks to arrive and now a month has passed and I still have no idea when or if my glasses are even coming. When I called to ask if they could track my glasses or tell me why it’s taking so long they had no answers and were extremely unhelpful. The staff is nice enough but seriously just avoid this place.
