My experience was exceptional. The entire staff made me comfortable and happy with my choice to schedule an appointment there for new glasses. Dr. Don Helms was great. Very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything with patience. As a healthcare professional myself, I understand the value of good chair-side manners. I went in for my glasses and my son’s glasses. The whole staff was very welcoming but Wendy was especially friendly and super helpful. She made our experience so easy and is very knowledgeable. AccuVISION has an amazing team especially with Wendy being a part of it. Highly recommend asking for Wendy’s help when you go in.
Scheduling was easy, and the staff was very friendly. The optometrist took the time to thoroughly examen my vision and provided education during the exam. I felt satisfied with my care!
I went into AccuVISION looking for glasses I just moved to waconda the man I think his name was David very nice man he help me pick out my glasses the 1st pair I picked I changed my mind and picked another pair David was very nice and let pick out another pair the people in this office are very nice they make u feel right at home the glasses ton2 weeks to come back when I went into the office to try my new glasses on I like them the lady who took care of me was very very nice a professional.
