Everyone here is so friendly, patient and extremely helpful! They took the time to make sure I understood what my insurance covered and what gave me tons of options. Cari especially went out of her way to help me pick out frames that fit, we're comfortable and I was happy with the look. Dr. Wilson is so friendly and understanding I enjoy appointments with her. Great team and great experience every time I have been there.

I highly recommend this Fielmann's location. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Wilson was wonderful. She took the time to help me truly understand my post-IOL implant options. Bonnie and Kaley helped me select glasses and sunglasses. The company policies are very accommodating and aim to make patients satisfied with services and purchases.

Look for older reviews Under Shopko at the same address. They're the same folks but have a new owner. It's always nerve wracking looking for any new provider but Dr. Wilson and the rest of the team got hundreds of great reviews under Shopko, so I made the appointment with them and I'm so glad I did. Fantastic service! Dr. Wilson took her time to explain everything to me and wasn't rushed, which I truly appreciated. She made sure my contact lenses were the right ones for me and I can't believe how bad my previous contacts were now that I'm in the right ones. More importantly, she had the ones I wear in stock. I have a steep curvature of the eye and have always been told that to test my brand I would have to come back when they got them in, but would have to request them. Not here! I really appreciate the fact that I didn't have to do back and forth driving just to try them in the brand I wear. Kailey did initial testing and helped me pick out my glasses. Great service from her, as well! She's so sweet and funny, she made the whole process fun, while maintaining a professional attitude, giving me all the information I needed to make informed decisions. The store itself is clean and bright and welcoming. Everyone is professional but friendly and very caring. If I could give them ten stars out of five, I would! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

One of the simplest most enjoyable eye exam experiences you can have. Kathy was the nicest woman I’ve ever met. Took great care of me and made it super easy and enjoyable. The girl who got my frames, I think it was Kailey. She was fantastic!!! So helpful picking a frame style that fit a persons style. She was the best. Definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kathy. I have been seeing Dr. Kathy for my eye exams for many years. She is very knowledgeable and always takes time to address any questions or concerns that I may have. Her staff is very helpful in picking out frames. They make it fun. Definitely a great place!
