Worst customer service. Made an appointment online, filled out the litany of information they want. Show up at the office and they say that was just a request so you don't have an appointment. If it just a request they specify that you MUST have a confirmation email. Also, refused to fix glasses that needed a new screw.
I arrived on time for our appointment at AccuVISION with a 4-year-old. The exam couldn’t be completed because young children don’t always cooperate — that’s normal. Charging a $25 cancellation/no-show fee when we were physically there and tried to complete the visit makes no sense. Families with small children should be treated with more understanding. Very disappointing experience.
Worst doctors appointment I have ever had in my life. I was very close to walking out. First the doctor was 20 minutes late. Poor time management on his part. Dr. Yang does not know how to speak to patients in a professional and understanding way. My whole family has had issues with Dr. Yang specifically and how he speaks to patients. As someone who works with patients I would never speak to my patients like Dr. Yang spoke to me and my family. I will not be returning and I’m sure they have lost many patient due to Dr. Yang.
Doctor and all staff were on time, efficient and friendly. I felt welcomed and important. You should go!
