I cannot recommend this vision store, ACCUVISION IN GURNEE, enough! I had a wonderful experience here picking out new frames. This is normally a difficult decision for me, but Kim who helped me could not have been nicer or more patient. She was highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and gave great, honest feedback to help me narrow down my choices, she was absolutely fantastic. I absolutely love my new glasses! Not only did she know her job perfectly and answer all of my technical questions, she made me feel completely taken care of from the moment I walked through the door. 10/10! I had a great experience at this location!

I had a great first experience with Accuvision in Gurnee. This was my first time with a new eye doctor, as my optometrist retired after I had been with him for 40 years. I would like to thank Leilani for her help in selecting my frames and providing me with helpful insurance information. And special thanks to Dr. John Ichishita, for his professionalism and kindness. He diagnosed a hole in my retina that was caught in time to have it fixed before problems arose.

I just switched to Accuvision in Gurnee and can’t believe the service I got. Doctor McHugh sat down with me and went over my results and explained everything in great detail. Then the front desk staff dedicated two people to selecting the best fit and look for the type of glasses I would like. Then there was a bit of a quality issue with one of the add ons for the frame and the manager, Kim, kept in contact with me and got the glasses correct and in my hands as soon as possible. I am so pleased with this location and their staff top to bottom is phenomenal!

My daughters and I had a wonderful experience at this optical clinic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The eye exam was thorough, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions without rushing. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and reliable eye care! 👓✨
