I would never recommend anyone going here if you want to be disrespected by the front staff lady. She's exteremly rude and has a serious behavior problem. You can't even talk or get a word in without her doing something exteremly obnoxious. She has no "people" personaility and doesn't belong being in the job she is in working with people. Literally. I am one of the most easiest people to get along with and always lifting the spirits up of those around despite if Im feeling down myself but not tgis lady. She needs to rhink her profession as far as working with the public if you want a good review from me. Bringing people out if their chartacter for their own sick miserable entertainment then taking that into your job or to the public is a disgrace to yourself and the people who know you. DONT GO TO ACCUVISION IN MONROE!!!!! Dont let her fool you either she will act really nice to you just to flip on you like that. She cant be trusted. If you want to go anywhere good around here go to the place in Carolina Mall in Pineville mall the people there are super sweet dobt play games and act rude or have behavior issues literally. These are grown adults we are talking about people.

Check in is totally odd to be honest with you!! Front desk not sure how i feel about them. Not very pleasant sign says to have a seat and wait but then she randomly opens the little window and just waits for you to look instead of calling you lol. Prescriptions are always spot on. And don’t forget your prescription when you go to your doctors office because the staff barely answers the phone when you call!! So if you’re at a store and need your prescription you are screwed! I will Only return for the prescriptions i get! Of those start to fail J am def out

The actual optometrist here is very kind and it was initially a great experience (back in NOVEMBER) but trying to pick up my glasses from them has been a nightmare. They have been constantly changing their hours. I spoke with a receptionist on the phone today (1/16/25) at 12pm which just trying to speak with someone on the phone is a joke they rarely pick up I call them often just to be sent to their answering machine which they also apparently do not care about since they never call back either. I arrived at the optometrist to pick up at 3:30 and they had a sign stating that they had closed at 2pm the receptionist had not mentioned this at all and their store hours online say they are open till 5pm. I do not recommend purchasing any glasses from them ever due to the lack of communication with customers regarding hours and pick up. Also just in case the owner reads this review and feels inclined to reply saying I've never been there before my name is Madison Espitia and I've definitely been in with y'all.

Still waiting on contacts that we ordered in November. No one answers the phone but quick to charge for products.

This place scammed me. Wouldn't recommend to anyone ever! Was charged $105 for sample contacts and a "class" showing how to put them in and take them out...After being told I would owe nothing the day before! Front desk waa extremely rude. Dr was 45 mins late due to "traffic" yet I had called in late to work and missed out on pay. This place is a joke!
