Dr. Heather Augustin and Tech Haley provided exceptional service at my annual visit! Dr. Augustin was extremely thorough and engaging. She has a profound mastery of her skillset as she checked my eyes, explained the steps, double checked my comfort and answered questions. Dr. Augustin asked all the right questions about my eye history, listened attentively and loves pickleball! The visit was very comfortable and I learned a few regarding my overall eye health. Hubby had the same sentiment after his exam. An overall friendly office staff. Our subsequent visit to the eyeglass department inside Walmart yielded the same results. I recommend an early appointment if you are purchasing glasses. Well done Dr. Augustin and Haley! See you next year! *This review was written voluntarily and well deserved.*

This was one of the most comprehensive eye exams that I have had. Dr. Augustin is very personable and knowledgeable. The technician, Haley was also personable. They created a very welcoming atmosphere.

Dr Heather and Haley are a dynamic duo! They are professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and provided stellar service to me and my family of 4. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for superior care and a thorough examination. I’m thankful for finding the best eye doctor in the Charlotte area!

This is the worse vision place I have ever been too. Be aware!!! They receptionist is a dishonest personand very unprofessional and doctor Augustine is even worst. She allow her receptionist to talk down to me and then gave me attitude as well! They are a huge rip Off and I am filing a complaint with the bbb, the board of . It i could give them a zero I would!

If I didn't have to give stars I wouldn't have given the one! I requested my contact lens rx 2 weeks ago! I have yet to get a call telling me how I can get my Rx. The young lady said that she would call me back. Still nothing! I asked for it to be emailed, faxed, and even mailed with her unable to decide on the method of delivery! This is unacceptable! I wanted to wear my contacts for my birthday... ha!!! That was a joke... still nothing!
