I’m not someone who frequently writes reviews but my experience here was amazing!!! The eye doctor and opticians were phenomenal. The eye exam was the most thorough exam I’ve ever received. Both opticians were helping me select my new glasses; they probably brought me 10 pairs and helped me narrow them down. I came here due to receiving a flyer in the mail from my insurance, and though it was a bit of a drive for me, it was well worth it. My new glasses were ready in less than 30 minutes- I couldn’t believe they made them in-house. I would highly recommend this location.

My review is mixed. I purchased glasses here for both my son and daughter separately and the experience was excellent when it came to the new purchases. However we asked them to put new lenses in the old frames so they would have a spare pair, both times the saleswoman brought the frames to the back to have the optician look at them only to return and say they could not do it because "something" was wrong the frames and if they tried they would break them. So off to Costco we went and they did it with no issue. I have brought four more pairs to eyemart express for other family members again to have new lenses put in. Again each time I was told they couldnt do it. That is six total pairs they could not put lenses in. There is no way something was wrong with all them. I think they just dont want to put lenses in frames that are not purchased from them. Again, back to Costco and again no issue. 6 pairs managed by Costco... So in summary if you need new glasses this place is fine. Replacing lenses...head to Costco.

Great experience! The staff helped me find the perfect frame and did my eye exam on the spot. Everything was quick, professional, and affordable. I’m very happy with my glasses — highly recommend!

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful at Eyemart Express. They helped me figure out which 2 pairs of glasses I wanted to get and if they would work with my prescription. Jackie was able to help me get set up with Care Credit to pay for my glasses. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new glasses!

Great experience at Eyemart Express in Indian Land! Received a thorough eye exam. The doctor was very professional and answered all my questions. Choosing new glasses was easy with great selection and my glasses were ready in an hour!
