this place has improved significantly since I've known it. I used to dread going there, dealing with bad customer service and in dark and dreary place. now it's be upgraded, the best service I've known, classy, and I wasn't even a client there, I just needed to replace my glasses 👍🏾👌🏾 I the quickest, excellent service I've had in a long time. I love it there now ❣️😍😄
Honestly, just go somewhere else. There are a waste of time appointments are never available for you. I don’t know who is the person who owns this place but they really need to check how business is running employees are highly disrespectful on the phone They talk to you like they just don’t care and you can feel it over the phone. Their hours never work for you. you’re better off going to stratford or Shelton I would not recommend to nobody I’ve been going here since I was a kid. They’ve always gave my mom a hard time and me as an adult A hard time as wellI wanted to give them a chance But truthfully, their service really sucks would not recommend to go here they will make you very upset literally a waste of your time!!
I had a great experience! The service was good, excellent customer service, not a long wait time. My eye exam went well with a good eye doctor. He explained everything about my eyesight. I went downstairs to pick out some beautiful glasses, then I was done my exam was completed less than a hour.
What is the problem with this Vision Center? No one answers the phone. I’ve been calling for days trying to schedule an appointment, and absolutely no one picks up. It’s impossible that they’ve been so busy this entire time that they couldn't answer the phone.
Great doctors but the staff sucks. Been calling since morning till closing for 3 days in a row and nobody picks up. First they sent my prescription to the wrong city now no answer. Switching clinic asap
