I and my family have been going to EyeCare Texas for many years and had only the best of care from Dr. Wilhelmus and his staff. They have a great selection of frames and wonderful staff to help fit you. The folks in their business office run the place like a well-oiled machine and are very kind to all of the customers. I wouldn't think of moving and have recommended EyeCare Texas to many friends.
We always have a great experience at EyeCare Texas. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Wilhelmus for 30 years, and he always makes us feel welcome and comfortable. He takes time to explain issues and makes us feel like our health is a top concern.
Had my annual eye exam here and had a good experience overall. Dr. Don was thorough and had great bedside manner. The office also did retinal imaging, which was convenient. The staff was helpful and promptly provided an after-visit summary and a letter for my PCP. One thing to note: their frame selection is limited, so I’d recommend getting your prescription here and shopping elsewhere for glasses.
Dr. W is a treasure trove of information and experience which make for a very interesting and satisfactory appointment. I will continue to be his patient, as well as my husband.
