When I called, I got an appointment the next week. I was seen and educated about all the things that factor into sleep apnea. They examined my nose and scheduled a scan of my face. They sent me an at home sleep study. It was a simple device I wore for three nights and sent it back. I got the scan done the next week. Explained to me the results of the sleep study and that I had a blockage and could use a turbinate reduction. I had the procedure done a couple weeks later. It was completely healed up within six weeks. They put me in touch with a mouth guard company that was also fast and efficient. I have been sleeping through whole nights now, or at least for 4 to 6 hours at a time. All this in the span of 2 months. From someone who stopped breathing over 200 times per night prior to going to Advent, this changed my life. 100% recommend. 11 out of 5 stars.

Absolutely an insurance scam company. They seem helpful at first but you will soon learn their MO. Just charge you for every visit to tell you what you can Google in 5 min. Quick to push cpap machine so they can charge your insurance not caring about if it will work. I spent over $1,000 for a cat scan and someone to tell me I have a narrow nose passageway causing airway restrictions, yes I could have told you that. Then they try to push a surgery that your insurance won't cover and tell you they can give you a deal to pay out if pocket. I sent back all the equipment and am back to square one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

the staff are so so lovely. i had a procedure done recently, and let me tell you, these staff CARE. i’ve been asked numerous times if i’m doing well, as well as given numerous instructions on what to do if things happen to go wrong. on another note, the results of my procedure have been great so far. i can breath so much clearer, and i have not been in any extreme pain or discomfort. if you need assistance with breathing and sleeping related issues, i can not recommend these lovely people enough.
