This place is truly a well oiled machine. All the eye techs were excellent. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I saw Dr Mergerdichian. She was professional and shared some great information about my condition. It is easy to see why this eye group is so busy. We are new to the area and I’m thrilled to find some great medical care.

Parking is easy and free and the whole process went smoothly. I did not have to wait long to be seen by Dr. Elena who took the time to examine my eyes thoroughly and she explained the details with kindness and great expertise. Mia helped me to understand the difference packages of lenses and frames my insurance will cover. She is also friendly and patient, a wonderful support when it comes to help me pick out a frame that fits my face and my budget. Thank you Acuity Eye Group team in Glendale!

Dr KARAPETIAN is very thorough and takes her time. She has special training and explained things to me in an easy-to-understand way. Answers all my questions and is available for questions - when I’m not in her office. Appreciate her professionalism and that of her staff.

I recommend that everyone goes her to have their eyes checked out, the service is excellent and the nurses are kind and very nice and the doctors are very professional and courteous and respectful and show a genuine care for their patients and their patients eye problems they make sure that you get the right prescription glasses 🕶️🤓 that you need and they make sure that you get the right frames for your face and they make sure that they fit with the right measurements before you walk out the door 🚪 and all the receptionist are all very helpful...if I were you I would make them my permanent eye doctor I know I did... I don't go nowhere else period..
