Had to find a new ophthalmologist and Acquity Vision & Eyewear was recommended. It was easy to get an appointment. They sent me all the forms in advance. When I checked in they were very friendly and on time. The facility was very clean & equipment was new. My exam was very thorough & they explained everything they were doing. I am very happy with my new ophthalmology office.
I have a sensitivity to things being near or touching my eyes. Everyone at Acuity Vision was very respectful and helpful working with me. The entire staff was very personable and friendly and the staff person who helped me pick out my glasses was also extremely helpful and personable. I would recommend Acuity Vision for everyone but especially for those who have sensitivities about their eyes. The staff there was excellent.
AMAZING office staff and a complete and thorough examination from Dr. Elizabeth Wassenaar. She was patient and understanding with my 92 year old mother. I only deducted a point for not having complete handicapped accessibility. Frustrating when dealing with walkers and elderly. Highly recommend this office!
I recently went in for an eye exam and had a really good experience. The staff was super friendly and made everything easy from the start. Also, I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The exam itself was quick but still thorough. The provider explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The office was clean and organized, and overall it just felt like a smooth, stress-free visit. I’d definitely recommend coming here if you need an eye exam!
Acuity Vision is a caring personable and professional practice. The doctors and staff warmly receive you like family. Dr Prytula is amazing in her profession, always takes her time with you answering any questions you may have. Dr Prytula makes you feel like you matter because you do. I would recommend Dr Prytula and Acuity Vision to everyone I come across with in need of eye care.
