My wife and I went in for our exams and I just want to say that we were both very happy! Elizabeth was a great help, especially with my wife who had insurance issues at the time of her visit. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure her visit went smooth as can be. She even sent out the referral for my wife that was needed, so she didn’t have to stress about it. She was very kind, respectful, & very knowledgeable about any information we asked & most importantly she showed she cared 100% about each of us. Her friendliness, smile & laugh made us feel more welcome than we have ever felt! Dr. Tom was great as always! Best eye doctor around! He always makes us feel welcomed and truly cared for. The optical team were very smart and knew exactly what we wanted! Medric is always a stand up guy!

Had my yearly exam with Dr. Tom, he is a great Doctor, recommending my family and friends to make an appt. The staff is friendly and the manager, Christine helped me understand my vision benefits. Medric, in optical helped me find the right pair of sunglasses that helped protect my eyes from glares when I drive.

My first visit with Coventry Eye Care and it was excellent from the exam right down to finding the eyewear I wanted. Very professional all around staff. I highly recommend going to Coventry Eye Care.

I had a wonderful experience at Coventry Eyecare! Christine, Shari, Lennie, Carol, Elizabeth and Dr. Tom went above and beyond; as the staff is kind, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Tom is extremely thorough; and, explains every aspect of the eye exam. I highly recommend this office. :-) ( Full disclosure... This is an unbiased opinion, based on my experience. :-) )

Just picked up new glasses with my husband, the ladies in the optical shop were absolutely lovely. They got us right in fitted us perfectly to our glasses and made sure we had all our script info. We've been coming here two years now and are very happy.
