Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Dr. spent a lot of time with me answering my questions. They have a great selection of glasses and knowledgeable staff for glasses fittings and lens technology. Leesa was exceptionally helpful and took very good care of me and my medical concerns before I even scheduled my apt. She is very talented with customer service and problem resolution. Amazing young lady!
Overall the experience was very good. Awesome help while selecting a suitable frames. However, I was disappointed when I returned with my prescription and requested the pupilary distance be written down so I would have it if I wanted to order extra glasses online. They told me there was a 25.00 fee to write it down or disclose it to me. This turned out to be a misunderstanding by new staff in training. Received a call from Office manager explaining situation. Overall very good experience. I appreciated the follow up call.
Love the staff! Everyone is always nice and interacts with you. Very patient and the service is great! Variety of styles to fit each of our family members preferences. Will keep bringing my business back!
As soon as you walk in you are welcomed. The staff at the San Angleo location are fantastic. Kelly assisted me with all the test procedures and did a awesome job. Don't recall the Doctor name but she explained everything and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. THANK YOU ALL.
They were very efficient and helpful! I had some recent vision issues after having near perfect vision my whole life and they were very helpful! I needed a slight prescription and the woman who helped me pick my lenses wasn’t super focused on upselling me or having me pay for extra stuff I didn’t need. It was so refreshing to not be pressured, when I feel like many places do when it comes to things like this. Would definitely recommend!
