I had an excellent experience during my eye exam. For the moment, I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made the entire process, smooth and comfortable. Dr. Holle was very knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly while answering all my questions. Kinly made it very easy to pick out glasses I feel comfortable wearing & never rushed me to make a decision! It’s so nice to find a place with such good customer service and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care!

My appointment was almost fun today. I had Dom doing my eye scans. She was patient and friendly. Asked questions about my current contact lens prescription needs. Dr. Holle is always professional and answered all my questions. He also worked to get the best value for my contacts. The staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend Sunset Eyecare.

It was a great experience, as always from the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out the door. The Receptionist politely greeted me & checked me in. I was called back, she started running some preliminary tests & checked my current glasses. She took me to the room to go over meds & do some more tests. Another lady came in to help. She continued with the prelumunary tests to get me ready for Dr. Garcia. Both these ladies were so kind & personable. Dr. Garcia came in & nicely greeted me, as she always has. She did all the remaining testing, went over all the results and explained the change in my prescription. She always takes time to go over everything & answer any questions. She never makes her patients feel rushed. She is very personable, always kind & caring. As long as she is in practice, I will continue to see her to care for my eye needs.

Excellent customer service! Dr Holle was not only professional but personable! Quick, thorough eye exam & loved the extra scans checking eye health! Kenly was extremely helpful & helped us pick out glasses & even found us an extra discount!

Dr. Holle is always so kind and compassionate to his patients! He’s very genuine and you can tell he cares about them! The staff is also amazing! I scratched my eye and needed an exam ASAP, and they got me in immediately and helped communicate to my medical team that it was urgent. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends!!
