So the price is awesome for base glasses! Easy to find! Great customer support! The first time I’ve ever used them and even though they had to do my glasses twice they were very easy to deal with and they got it perfect the second time. Honestly I am very impressed and pleased!

Just had the Best customer service experience with Billy today. I was frantic because my husband stepped on my glasses this morning and with all the details of my eyeware they could not be fixed and would take a week for them to get what was needed for my lenses. Billy went over and beyond with the brilliant idea of finding a frame almost identical to my current and popped my lenses right in...yes!!! Spending only a fraction of what I would've had to and also have to wait a week. Now that's what I call caring when someone walks in in distress....lol Billy Thank you again!

We were visiting from out of town. My wife’s glasses needed an emergency repair. They were extremely friendly and attentive, despite being busy. We were pleasantly surprised when they did not charge for the repair. If we were living in San Angelo, we would gladly be their loyal customers.

Called to double check on my warranty and was told they would call back. 1 hour later I just went up to the store. Customer service was at least. A three star service. After I was told I do have a warranty still and they would fix them until they could order a new frame. Few days later I go to pick them up and find out they did get my frames in. May need to work on communicating skills.

I was charged 199.95 for a pair of Ray Ban Aviator frames on 02/04.2026. Now? Now the SAME FRAME is 79.98 on the web site. Furthermore, I paid 290 dollars for ULTRAHD LENES. Well, I got a the free set of glasses too. I cannot tell a difference in the lenes. the standard lenes are just as good as the 290 dollar ripoff lenes. This is the second time I have to this Eyemart Express, It is the LAST TIME TOO!
