The woman manager that works in this place has the worse attitude. You can smile, you could be polite, you can say thank you and she is so dry and rude. She purposely ignored me multiple times and I felt bad for the way that she was treating her coworker. Worst Customer Service. Like why is she so mad every time I go in there. I was given a quote the week prior for lenses in my frames. I told her the quote and how her quote was double the amount. She responds and said “I don’t know what you’re talking about or who would’ve given you that quote.” I’m a manager myself but that doesn’t mean I take advantage of my position to be disrespectful to customers. Right before I was about to leave I asked her if she can print my prescription because I already did my exam and have given them $500 And they want to charge me $300 to put lenses in my frames that I purchased separately and she just flat out said “No, I can’t print it”

Audrey was such a great help after my third attempt of trying to get my glasses and my sunglasses corrected, come to find out the measurements were not correct on my glasses and now I have to wait again for them to get fixed, but Audrey was such a great help that I really appreciate help like that. She did awesome.

I would not go to any location for anything! I thought getting a good deal on glasses and contacts would benefit me on saving money but that's all it did was save me money. The contacts had a life expectancy of less than three weeks, I had four pair in a row that didn't even last 2 weeks. So I went back to Walmart and I've been on the same pair since February 2026. I'm disabled so I can't buy these every 6 months or every year, so it's safe to do this until you can't see out of the contact. That's why I go to Walmart and not this overhyped place where you should feel safe. You're not safe here, they will tell you that anything that happens with their product is your fault. I have been using glasses and contacts for 15 years never had this issue until I went to them. Even the short oompa loompa dude that wants to call himself a doctor will berate you in the middle of the store when explaining to him that their product is not good and need to stop lying.

This is one of the best eye clinics i have been too, very professional and safe to use. The staff is very well trained and knowledgeable about your needs. However the doctor over the screen was very hard to understand considering she had an accent and i needed to be retested. no problem though. after the doctor checked me and everything, i went to go look at my glasses options, the staff lady helped me pick out glasses i loved and made me feel comfortable and valued. i will 100% be coming back!!

They would not honor the promotions they offer no matter what I did. I tried to get the 2 frame and prescription for $79 and even when choosing the correct frames they want to charge over $200. I said I would take the frames with no lenses to get the deal and the woman was incredibly rude and would not let me do that either. Beware of their scam. I would never go back. They cant even get the prescription right, I took it to another optometrist ( a real one where he is physically present) and he confirmed it was off.
